We host a variety of tournaments, community leagues, festivals and forums all over Zambia.

Bauleni United Sports Academy (BUSA) festivals celebrate the social inclusion of sports for good, where we bring together disadvantaged boys and girls for a combination of innovative games and educational programmes. This is made possible to connect them with their peers so that they learn life skills.

Bauleni United Sports Academy (BUSA) organized leagues offer players an opportunity to meet a variety of players from different backgrounds. Players from public, private and local community academies come together in a common enterprise, crossing socio-economic and ethnic lines, so that over the time all players broaden their sense of how other people live. The genuinely multicultural environment is of tremendous importance in our polarized society.

Bauleni United Sports Academy (BUSA) tournaments fosters a sense of community for the disadvantaged boys and girls: It gives them and the spectators the experience of belonging to something larger than themselves, the need for which seems to be hard-wired into the human brain.

Bauleni United Sports Academy (BUSA) forums provide a platform for young people and civic leaders to share knowledge and exchange ideas. We provide a safe space that promotes dialogue between community leaders and community members. These forums are designed to include as many voices as possible, from young people to adults and civic leaders.

Bauleni United Sports Academy (BUSA) awareness campaigns is one of the essential ingredients of developing belief in children and youths. This has been highlighted as a key indicator of success in a range of performance environments. Issues that communities are facing are addressed by these awareness campaigns through lobbying to powers that be.
